The Regeneration Program is a five-month venture-support program for ambitious entrepreneurs and organizations working on regenerative solutions. Together, we’ll help you build the strategy, financial foundation, partnerships and leadership needed to take your organization to its next stage of growth.

Full program details below ↓

Build the foundations for your next stage of regenerative growth

Many regenerative ventures have a clear mission, but need stronger structures to grow: a sharper strategy, a credible financial model, a clear impact framework, stronger partnerships and a story that funders, customers and collaborators understand.

This program helps you work on those foundations: with personal, expert guidance, peer feedback and practical tools you can apply inside your organization.

Build a business that helps life thrive

Regeneration asks us to rethink how we design businesses, economies and organizations. It requires us to move beyond the industrial mindset that treats nature as a resource, towards one that sees living systems as our greatest source of intelligence, resilience and innovation.

  • What if businesses were designed to restore ecosystems instead of extracting from them?
  • What if growth strengthened communities instead of depleting them?
  • What if innovation served life?

Together, we’ll help you build the strategy, financial foundation, partnerships and leadership needed to make that vision a reality.

Is this program for you?

This program is designed for organizations that already have a regenerative mission and are ready for their next stage of growth.

Whether you’re building regenerative materials, circular food systems, nature-based solutions, community-owned initiatives, steward-owned companies, bioregional innovations or other regenerative business models, you’ll join a community of pioneers creating positive impact for future generations.

You might be navigating questions such as

  • How do we scale without compromising our values?
  • How do we become investment ready?
  • How do we measure regenerative impact?
  • Which ownership or governance model fits our mission?
  • How do we build stronger strategic partnerships?
  • How do we communicate our story more effectively?
  • How do we create a financially resilient organization?

If these questions resonate, this program is designed for you.

What you’ll work on

This program is designed around one principle: every organization faces different challenges. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all curriculum, we combine inspiring masterclasses with hands-on support tailored to your stage, ambitions and strategic questions.

Throughout five months, you’ll work directly on your own organization through a combination of expert-led masterclasses, dedicated development tracks, small-group working sessions and personalized 1:1 coaching.

You’ll leave the program not only with new knowledge, but with tangible outputs you can immediately put into practice.

CORE FOCUS

Finance & Investment Readiness*

Develop a funding strategy that fits your ambitions and build an investor-ready financial model.

You’ll work on how to:

  • Build a financially resilient organization
  • Prepare for investor and funder conversations
  • Translate your strategy into realistic scenarios
  • Align your finances with your regenerative mission

Impact*

Use impact as a strategic tool to strengthen your organization and support better decisions.

You’ll work on how to:

  • Focus on the impact that matters most
  • Use impact to attract funding
  • Learn what works and where to improve
  • Strengthen partnerships, engagement and reporting

Go-to-Market*

Most regenerative entrepreneurs can explain their mission beautifully. Together, we bridge the gap between that mission and a monetizable use case, with commercial clarity that honours what you’ve built.

You’ll work on:

  • Your next prospect or potential customer: the specific buyer with a budget, market signals to look for, and a reason to act now.
  • A monetization model built on the value you deliver, so revenue and impact grow together.
  • Identify channels, partnerships and sales opportunities
  • A commercial narrative that leads with the buyer’s problem to solve, shaped as copy for website, outreach, or pitch deck.
  • A concrete 30-60-90 day GTM action plan to work on during and after the programme.

*These three tracks receive additional focus because they often determine whether a regenerative venture can move from ambition to real-world growth.

All training days are part theory and part practical work. A day could start with one of our experienced experts sharing their lessons and tips & tricks.

We try to keep this short & sweet, so you can get to work implementing your learnings in your own strategy and consulting with your peers. The weather permitting, we will have a nice lunch together in between and end the day discussing your new insights over a beer in our courtyard.

Trainers

We work with a selection of seasoned trainers. Each of our trainers is specialized in one of the programme topics and has years of experience working with startups.
