Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Frontier Challenge

CREATE A MORE INCLUSIVE FASHION LANDSCAPE – Tommy Hilfiger is on a mission to create fashion that Wastes Nothing and Welcomes All. As part of this commitment, they launched the global Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Frontier Challenge to support entrepreneurial startup and scaleup-stage businesses that are developing solutions that have a positive social impact on the fashion value chain.

The impact can be made in different forms: from including different consumer groups and making products more accessible, to improving lives in the value chain. We are supporting entrepreneurs who stand up for what they believe in and are committed to driving change in their communities.

ALUMNI: AUF AUGENHOEHE | Fashion is expressing one’s individuality but at the same time a medium for social belonging. That's why AUF AUGENHOEHE make clothes for little people. Ensuring equal access and diversity – AUF AUGENHOEHE is an ambassador for a new fashion industry.
ALUMNI: A BEAUTIFUL MESS | A Beautiful Mess is an initiative of Refugee Company, offering people with a refugee background a safe place towards economic and social independence through apprenticeship programs. Michel Youssef, one of the initiators of A Beautiful Mess: “Work is the biggest step for newcomers to integrate in society. We try to be the bridge between newcomers and the job market."

Building on Tommy Hilfiger’s sustainability vision to Waste Nothing and Welcome All, the third edition of the program strives to amplify and support black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) entrepreneurs who are working to advance their communities and foster a more inclusive future of fashion.
