Full sprint details below ↓
Small changes can have a meaningful impact on your financial position. A stronger margin on one product, a sharper pricing decision or a better grip on costs can create room elsewhere in the business.
This sprint helps you identify where that room can be found. You’ll examine your margins, actuals and forecast, uncover weak spots in your financial model and explore which targeted adjustments could make the biggest difference.
By the end, you should have a clearer answer to one practical question: which small changes can create more financial breathing room in your business?
Applications close on November 1, 23:59.

SPRINT AT A GLANCE

Financial grip: Do you have the numbers, but not yet the overview you need to steer? Your bookkeeping and reporting are in place, but it is still difficult to see where small changes could improve your financial position.
Margins and weak spots: Are you working hard without seeing enough of it come back on the bottom line? You want to understand which products, services or customers strengthen your margin, where value is leaking away, and what you can realistically adjust.
Forecasting and choices: Do you know what different decisions will do to your financial position? You want to connect your actuals to a realistic forecast and see how choices around pricing, hiring, investment or growth affect margin, cash flow and your room to manoeuvre.
Do you recognize this?
MASTERCLASS 01
Where are you actually making money? Start with the financial foundations of your organisation: what information do you need, who owns it and how reliable is the data you use to make decisions?
From there, you’ll dissect the gross margin of your products and services. Look at how it has developed, what is driving changes and where costs, pricing or operational choices are affecting the result. Connect this to customer economics, including the cost of acquiring and retaining customers, to get a more realistic picture of where value is created.
MASTERCLASS 02
What happens to your business when your assumptions change? Bring your P&L, cash flow and balance sheet together into one coherent view of the business. Connect historical results to your forecast and identify the KPIs that actually help you steer.
Use your model to test real decisions. What happens if you hire? Increase prices? Invest in capacity? Grow faster or slower than expected? Which products or customers deserve more focus, and where could relatively small changes create meaningful financial room?
