Is this sprint for you?

Commercial traction: Are you reinventing your pitch for every new prospect? You already have customers and traction, but every new conversation feels like starting from scratch. You need a clear, compelling positioning story that helps you attract and convert new prospects into customers.

Monetisation and pricing strategy: Is your pricing holding back your impact? You suspect you’re undercharging, but raising prices feels at odds with your mission. You need a pricing model that allows you to scale your impact while building a financially sustainable business.

Market expansion: How do you decide which market to enter next? You need a structured approach to prioritising and executing your market expansion strategy, helping you reach new markets and find new customers. Combine your gut feeling with informed decision-making.

5 questions this sprint will help you answer

  1. What should your next strategic move be to expand into new markets?
  2. How can you tell your story so that prospects and potential customers immediately understand your value?
  3. How should you set your prices so that your impact grows rather than shrinks as you scale?
  4. What should you stop doing to focus on what actually drives growth?
  5. Where are prospects getting stuck in your sales pipeline, and what will it take to move them forward?

What you’ll work on

Masterclass 1: Sharpening your positioning, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), market expansion and GTM

Who buys, and why now? A self-assessment based on the Five Core Go-To-Market (GTM) Challenges to pinpoint exactly where you’re getting stuck. A positioning review that transforms your circular proposition from a “sustainable nice-to-have” into an operational necessity for your buyer. An exercise to sharpen your ICP: who uses it, who makes the decision, and who pays? A market expansion perspective: which use case, once secured, makes it easier to generate revenue from other use cases?

Masterclass 2: Monetisation and your sales motion

What do you charge for, and what happens next? Apply the Four Monetisation Levers to your business: what you charge for, how it scales, how it’s packaged, and who is best positioned to pay. A pricing reality check based on how your customers actually measure value. Identify, schedule and assign your first concrete commercial action for Q1 2027. Share three commitments with your peers, with a 60-day horizon.
