Bright Minds for Covid

The impact program by Young Impactmakers designed specifically to help impactful corona initiatives forward together with a group of other young talents. Participants were matched with an initiative, taking their goals and experience into consideration, and received online training, coaching and hands-on working experience.

What you will get

A free 8-week program starting in early June;

Training: You receive online training (from experts from Impact Hub Amsterdam and Starters4Communities) about social entrepreneurship, community building, partnerships and branding;

Coaching: You will receive an expert coach from Young Impactmakers who will assist you during the ride;

Hands-on work experience: The second part of the program focuses on applying the tools and techniques you have learned during the training. Roll up your sleeves and take action to support your corona initiative.

Working for an initiative you like: you choose which participating corona initiative you want to work on during the program, based on your previous experiences and learning goals;

Network: You meet 50 like-minded young professionals and a lot of great social initiatives.

Requirements

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old;
  • Participants are asked to invest and learn a total of 32 hours over the 8 weeks of the program. This means an average time investment of 4 hours per week, divided over 2 weekly contact moments;
