Food Ecosystem day

We would like to welcome you during our Food ecosystem day where we connect and strengthen relationships between impact entrepreneurs, investors, corporates, government, and other organisations. Within our Food Ecosystem we have four themes, each accompanied by a goal we work towards. During this Ecosystem day we will share the latest insides and developments, but also the challenges and opportunities that still lie ahead of us on our journey to reach these goals. Our Food Ecosystem Day will take place on Thursday 8 December. 
The four themes of the Food Ecosystem are:
  1. Circular design, no-waste: (50% circular in 2030 and 100% in 2050)
  2. Plant based food (50% plant-based protein in 2025)
  3. Biodiversity / regeneration / local en fair chains (25% local in 2030)
  4. Access to healthy and affordable food

PROGRAM

Alumni lunch | Invite only

We invite our food program alumni to join us for a delicious lunch, during which we will (re)connect while talking about their and our role within the future of the Food Ecosystem.

12:45 Doors open: Make sure to be on time as we start 13:15 sharp!

13:15 Trend presentation: We kick off this ecosystem day with a trend presentation to uncover current developments within the food ecosystem as we share our trend report with you. And like icing on a cake we will celebrate Pride Juice, an inclusive food waste juice we developed together with Local 2 Local.

13:45 entrepreneurial journeys in the Ecosystem: We invite four inspiring food entrepreneurs on stage. They will share what partnerships are needed to faster solve global challenges such as: local supply chains, regenerative agriculture, plant based proteins and inclusive & healthy food for all. We will also dive into their current challenges and how they translate to these global challenges.

15:00 World Café: Please take a seat at one of the tables in our world café. During this session we will prepare crispy challenges for you to kickstart inspiring partnerships to build bridges to new solutions.

16:00 Wrap up

16:10 Speeddate: Let’s meet an inspiring network of people who are passionate about working together to build a new economy during short & speedy rounds. Fill out the questions when signing up so we can improve on the facilitation of connections!
