ABOUT SOURCE & MATCH
As an Innovation scout you will become part of the scouting pool of Impact Hub the Netherlands. To make real change happen, we believe we should bridge the gap between impact innovations and corporates/SME’s. We work with partners across different industries (corporates, foundations, SMEs and government) to create and support these opportunities and to best guide them in their impact innovation strategy. We support impact innovation by sharing innovation insights, guidance in making the best match possible, advice in innovation/corporate collaborations and support in pilots. Through our global Impact Hub network we are able to find the latest trends, innovations, helping startups grow and scale their business on the one hand, and on the other infuse corporates and SMEs with an approach to reach their sustainability goals.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Within this role you will guide clients in their innovation process. Activities entail meeting with entrepreneurs & corporates 1-on-1 to understand their needs. The aim is to continuously see and create opportunities to make impact and match the right startups to the companies. We work for big clients, such as IKEA, Renewi, ABN Amro and Roche and support them with innovative collaborations for impact.

REQUIREMENTS
- You are a freelancer and flexible to join our projects off-and-on throughout the year
- Keep in mind this is an open application to become part of our scouting pool. We will approach you when new projects come in.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in consultancy or working in or with a SME or corporate;
- Proven experience in / knowledge of sustainability and have a network in this field;
- Or a strong passion and drive to learn about sustainability.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment;
- Ability to self-direct planning and manage work across different work streams;
- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure;
- Ability to level with/work with start-up founders and corporate managers;
- Ability to communicate a clear point of view to constructively challenge companies on their (impact) strategy;
- Open to learn to host and facilitate innovation workshops;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (and English), verbally, and in writing.
