Community & Operations Intern

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

During your internship at Impact Hub the Netherlands you will be supporting the facilitation of our space and the operations related to the growth of our newly released community membership offering. You will be working in a fast paced environment that is highly entrepreneurial with a focus on supporting and accelerating impact entrepreneurs and businesses. You will be a part of both the Community- and the Operations team with the goal to create an outstanding and meaningful experience for all of our community members, partners and other clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front-end operations such as handling mail, phone and hosting visitors
  • Administrative tasks
  • F&B supplier contacts
  • Preparing for- and hosting of Community events
  • Community programming support
  • Growing on- and offline membership engagement through digital marketing and events

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written- and verbal communication skills in both Dutch & English 
  • Passion for social & environmental impact and community building
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • You don’t mind flexible working hours (You will always be off during weekends)
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week

ONE UP’S

  • Have former experience in either event management and/or F&B
  • You are a team player
  • Have a positive attitude towards learning new skills
  • Like to have meetings in a park rather than behind a desk
