Makers Unite works together with a group of newcomers with a refugee background on creating confidence, boosting creativity, and developing problem solving skills.

While working on the Diversity Challenge of SDG House, you were able to get to know some of the Makers Unite program participants at the first program in September and October. You also helped them develop ideas, shared insights on your way of working, and even enjoyed a delicious lunch together.

Makers Unite are now prototyping solutions based on the ideas of the Diversity Challenge as they begin the second phase of the program with their new batch of participants. To conclude this, they are organising their final Inclusion Event where they pitch the solutions to SDG House members together with invited experts and speakers who will join the event.

Don’t miss the chance to be part of this impact in the community! Join on 17 December in KIT’s Subtropen. Save the date and get in touch with Makers Unite if you want to contribute!
