Feedback & Falafel | Scaling Social Technologies

Elos Foundation pioneered to bring the the Brazilian Oasis Game and its underlying methodology to the Netherlands and to various western countries in the last 8 years. Oasis Game is an award winning social technology for designing transformation projects with a collective approach. With a strong community-building component, it has been widely applied in communities and social field. Using this methodology, Elos Foundation applies this work in the Netherlands as well as training individuals to use and replicate it.

Elos Foundation has a strong presence in the Netherlands and is connected to a network of facilitators and partners in 50 countries. After 8 years of local application and inter-local collaboration, the organization is preparing to grow to create a stronger financial base by moving into other sectors beyond collaborating with municipalities and other social institutions. As it is, Elos Foundation’s partner organisation Instituto Elos Brasil works in various sectors in Latin America, such as CSR, education and HR sectors.

At the Feedback & Falafel in February, the founder Niels Koldewijn will ask the question: What opportunities can the Elos Foundation create in the Netherlands and Europe to scale to other sectors?

Join a creative dialogue and brainstorm to co-tweak Elos Foundation’s business model!
